Directions: Take one sachet twice a day, before or during meals. Contents of a sachet can be dissolved in about 400ml water or swallowed alongside water directly.

Indications: Traditionally used in Chinese medicine to clear lung-heat, remove heat toxin, release exterior, resolve phlegm, harmonise the stomach, descend the arisen stomach-qi, diffuse lungs, soothe the chest.

Trichosanthes kirilowii (fruit) / Gua Lou Shi

Schizonepeta tenuifolia (herb) / Jing Jie

Morus alba (leaf) / Sang Ye

Mentha haplocalyx (herb) / Bo He

Magnolia officinalis (stem bark) / Hou Po

Saposhnikovia divaricata (root) / Fang Feng

Glycyrrhiza uralensis, baked (root) / Zhi Gan Cao

In a natural base of non-active ingredient: Maltodextrin, Betadex, Menthol
